Hello all,
what kind of standard notifications for opportunities are existing? I recognized the notification about "stalled opportunities" (business task management for stalled opportunities). In the business configuration there is a default value of 10 days after creation.
But I had the case now that I got an email notification after 6 days. Why or how can I control this? Is there another point where to configure the notifications beside the business task management in the business configuration?
Is there an overview list, where every email going outside the system can be monitored?
Is there also an standard notification to the manager (one step above) of the sales rep/ the responsible person of the opportunity?

Hi Deborah,
Using Workflow functionality,you can trigger the notification for Oppt Business Object.So check whether do you have an active workflow for this object.

thanks for your response. I checked the active workflows. There is no active workflow that triggers a notification 6 days after creation date of a opportunity. Do you know/have experience with the standard notification for opportunities in the business task management? Does it work in your system precisely (as configured)?
