Hi,
I have added IT0077 Additional Personal Data to the Initial entry of basic data action. When I take an applicant through the Recruitment process and then hire them via the Hire Applicant action, IT0077 is appearing in create mode at the end of the action.
I have not included IT0077 in the Hire Applicant action and it is not being created via a dynamic action. Can anyone explain why IT0077 is being created?
Thanks and regards,
Janet
Hi Janet
Under recruitment applicant actions check once the infogroup the usergroup you are maintaining may contain IT0077 or just change your user group in system(MENU BAR)-userprofile -own data-parameter-ugr-give your usergroup as value
ok

Hi Naveen,
I think you have misunderstood my requirements. IT0077 is required to be included in the initial Recruitment action but NOT in the Hire Applicant personnel action.
If I maintain IT0077 during the Recruitment action it is also being called during the Hire Applicant action even though it is not part of the Hire Applicant infogroup. I don't want this to happen.
If I skip IT0077 during the initial Recruitment action then it does not appear in the Hire Applicant personnel action.
Hi Naveen,
Initial entry of basic data is the applicant action.
I created a copy of infogroup 47 (initial entry of basic data), added IT0077 and set the user group to 08. I have then linked the infogroup to the applicant action (also user group 08).
My user parameter UGR is set to 08.
I don't understand why IT0077 is also being included in the PA Hire Applicant action when it is not included in the Hire Applicant infogroup.
Regards,
Janet
