hybris marketing system time zone

Hello, the campaign execution time zone is not correct in my system. I designed a campaign to be executed immediately on 6/28. However, the start date is yesterday immediately after I created the campaign.

has anyone encountered similar issues before? or how can i resolve this?

Dear Chenyun,

We had a similar issue before. The cause for this was that the SAP application server (JST) was set to a different timezone from HANA and the OS (UTC). What we did was reset the SAP time zone to JST (e.g. 9 hours downtime to prevent data being created which would lead to inconsistent timezones) using the transaction STZAC.
