Hi Experts,

We are getting error "com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (103) JCO_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: The system is unable to interpret the SSO ticket received on xxxxxx.xxx.xxx.com #### 01 " while initial sync post deploying new MBO package.

Application is working fine with previous MBO package version. We are new to SMP. Could anyone please help us understand what is missing in deployment of new package version/ or is something missing from EIS backend?

Mentioning details that might be needed:

- We don't have access to SAP backend system, so we are not aware of SSO configuration at backend.

- We have access to SAP Control Center.

-Synchronization is happening with iOS app using previous package, however sync is failing for new version with above error.

Thanks and Regards,

Aishwarya

Hello Aishwarya,

This is coming because the SSO is not configured on the backend. You should contact with the backend team

(Conn) RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: The system is unable to interpret the SSO ticket received

To configure SSO with SMP you can find easily plenty of guides. For example this one:

https://blogs.sap.com/2015/02/27/how-to-configure-sso-for-smp-30-for-bep/

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Best regards,

Ákos

Hi Akos,

Thanks a lot for the information.

The issue is resolved now. The SMP instance was connected to DEV SAP which didn't have the user that we used for login, as the result of which we were getting above error.

We made SMP instance to point to Production SAP and after this our issue got resolved.

Thanks and Regards,

Aishwarya
