We are implementing OpenText 16.0.1 as a part of SAP implementation.
We have configured around 20 workflows using drag-drop feature (without custom coding).
We have introduced an attribute (field) on each of the workflow -- "Division" --with a choice of division list. One division can be selected and this denotes the division for which this workflow is initiated. But I do not find an easy way to search workflow instances based on this attribute. Is there any specific configuration required? As per OpenText help, we need to index each of the attribute that needs to be made searchable however this needs to be used sparingly. We have plenty of workflows and plenty of attributes. Any other ways we can implement search? What we are finding is that OpenText can search content (i.e. uploaded documents) very well but we are unable to figure out how users can search based on workflow attributes.
