My requirement is, when we create maintenance order from notification in IW22, long text of the notification should be copied to the first item of the newly created order. Currently, description is copied. I tried to debug in BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_DATA_MODIFY and BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN. But these FMs are not triggered. Could you please help me to find out where can I implement changes in order to achieve this functionality.
