Alerts not working

Dear Experts,

We are using SAP Business One HANA version 9.2 Pl 07 and we have the following question:

We created user-based Alerts and they do not trigger. Please note that the SAP based Alerts are working (e.g. Approval messages or activities on calendar)

Here is what we have done so far:

  1. Service Layer is up and running
  2. Job Service on SLD is up and running. At the tab “Alert Settings” we have assigned the AlertSvc as the SAP Business One User.
  3. The query itself returns results.
  4. At the Alerts Management window we have made the Alert Active and assigned it to the AlertSvc and to the required Accounts.

    Try to stop and start Job service-->Alerts settings.
