Dictionary not loaded during runtime ?

Hello All,

I've created a WebDynpro Application which calls the Bapi " BAPI_FLIGHT_GETLIST" as per the SDN Help Application

"Creating a WebDynpro Application accessing ABAP functions"

When I execute my Application I'm getting an exception saying :-

"

com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.exceptions.WDTypeNotFoundException : type extern :
com.bshg.factory.flightlist.model.types.FlightModel:
com.bshg.factory.flightlist.model.types.Bapisfldat
could not be loaded :
com.sap.dictionary.runtime.DdException :

"

Can any one tell me why am I getting this error and how to resove this ?

PS : Some one help me out as I struggled with this problem for the past 1 week and am still in the process !!!!

Regards,

    Hi,

Have you configured your sld ?

Has the backend ABAP system been defined in technical landscape of SLD ?

Have the JCo Connections been created properly ?

Tell us what you have done till now , so that its easier to resolve the issue.

    Thanks and Regards

      Hello Bharadwaj,

      I'm struck at this position.

      1. I executed the go.bat file .

      2. A pop-up came saying " Connect to SAP J2EE Engine "

In this I already have DEFAULT as one parameter.

      3. I said connect.

      4. I got a message saying :

" Unable to lookup connection Default

Unable to lookup connection parameters from NWAERVER : 8101 "

What should i do now ?

      Regards,
