How to transport or import Loyalty Reward Rule from one client to other client

Hi Experts,

I want to transport/ Import reward rules from Dev to other environment.

I have check the SAP Note 1578741. Tried all the steps mentioned in the note.

Got an error on clicking Import button in target system 'Cannot import version because unexpected error in Test System'.

Failing RFC at FM CRM_MKTPL_VERSION_IMPORT_RFC, while getting version details from source system.

I follwed these steps too

To assign the rule with value Y enter in UI with business role LOY_PRO and go to

Administration -> Rule Policies for Rule Builder

Search for your policy and go into Edit mode.

Select the right rule to transport and then click on button transport.

Transport button was not enabled.

Check in SM34 -> Enter view CRMV_FDT_CUST.

Double click on LOYMGMT -> Unflag displaymode.

DisplayMode was blank.

So the question is: how do I transport my reward rules from DEV client to other client, am I missing some settings?

Any advice will be much appreciated.

I have referred SAP Note 1578741 to import reward rules from one system/client to another

I made D80-010 as source and D80-100 as target.
On click of Import I got an error 'Can not import version because unexpected error in Test System'.

When I debugged found out RFC connection is failed for FM 'CRM_MKTPL_VERSION_IMPORT_RFC'.

I found another SAP Note 2261772 which is Enforcing internal RFC for CRM Loyalty Function Modules. Contradict which previous note for importing reward rules.
