Unable to open Questionaires link

Hi All,

We have ROS implemented with SRM server 5.5

When a supplier registers, a questionaire is sent to the supplier through e-mail as a link.

When the link is opened, its giving the following error.

Business Server Page (BSP) error

What happened?

Calling the BSP page was terminated due to an error.

SAP Note

The following error text was processed in the system:

BSP exception: Application sap/uws_form_service cannot be started. Create an application node using Transaction SICF.

Error type:

Your SAP Business Server Pages Team

I have checked the BSP service uws_form_servic is active via sicf.

Can anyone help me.
