Unable to open Questionaires link

Hi All,

We have ROS implemented with SRM server 5.5

When a supplier registers, a questionaire is sent to the supplier through e-mail as a link.

http://srmdev.indosat.co.id:8000/sap/bc/bsp/sap/uws_form_service/page1.htm?uws_application=ROS_QUEST...

When the link is opened, its giving the following error.

Business Server Page (BSP) error

What happened?

Calling the BSP page was terminated due to an error.

SAP Note

The following error text was processed in the system:

BSP exception: Application sap/uws_form_service cannot be started. Create an application node using Transaction SICF.

Error type:

Your SAP Business Server Pages Team

I have checked the BSP service uws_form_servic is active via sicf.

Can anyone help me.

Hi Sailesh,

there is a technical issue between "uws_form_servic" and the requested "uws_form_servic<b>e</b>" regarding the length of BSP names.

Sapnote 1038797 explains the issue and Sapnote 1046522 - Survey: Business Server Page (BSP) Error should solve the issue.

You will find that “Edit Letter” in the survey cockpit where you maintain user group hierarchy. If you are using application <"uws_form_servic"> go to <SURVEY> and find “Edit Letter” icon next to “Status” tab. Just give any text under /URL/ (example: Test) and save it. Make sure to select the target group and do it.

Hello,

I have the same problem re opening the web page after clicking on the 'Evaluate button'. The header page starts correctly (so I could see the 'Vendor Evaluation' title at the top) and then the following error messages is displayed:

Error when processing your request : The URL http://XXX.com:8000/sap/bc/bsp/sap/uws_form_service/<b>page2</b>.htm was not called due to an error.

I also noticed the service named uws_form_servic<b>e</b> (I applied the mentioned notes above but w/out success).

However, I applied all notes found in this thead but I still get the error here.

Could you please guys provide me help so I can fix it asap?

I still can not display the questionnaire. Always the "uws_form_service/page2.htm" error message...

To send a questionnaire through a link, give any text in the "Edit Letter" so that it wont go as an attachement..

Where can I find this "edit letter"? Do I do this in the transaction ROS_QSTN_SURVEY?

Hi Sailesh

Please explain to me how you configured so that questionnaires were sent as a link. At the moment my questionnaires are sent as an attachment with the contents of the questionnaire in the body of the email which is confusing for users. Any input from you will be greatly appreciated.
