Generated License key invalid

Hi all,

we run a HANA dev edition SP11 in AWS. Instance HDB was created with CAL tools. When I try to install a newly generated temp license

( using this app https://go.support.sap.com/minisap/#/minisap )

installation fails.We use this instance for development as supposed with a dev edition and need to get this fixed asap. Any ideas how this can be done ?
