could any one tell at what situation we will create two DC's in a webdynpro project

We can create 2 DC's in a situation where one DC would depend on other.
Eg. DC1 has main application. DC2 has the component. DC2 would depend on DC1.component in DC2 has been added to public part.So, this component would be visible to DC1.
Could anyone tell what situation in IT market will be in short period of time if all applicatns to software development position will be like vasu?
