Hi ALL,

Can anybody help me in generating sales summary report T-code vc/2. if I

tried it showing :No view can be determined for application RVKUSTA1 for

user ....... Please I need help in this issue.its very urgent.

Standard SAP SD Reports:=

Statistic Group:

Purpose – To capture data for Standard Reports, we require to activate Statistic Group as under:

--> Item category (Configuration)

--> Sales document type (Configuration)

--> Customer (Maintain in Master data)

--> Material (Maintain in Master data)

When you generate statistics in the logistics information system, the system uses the combination of specified statistics groups to determine the appropriate update sequence. The update sequence in turn determines for exactly which fields the statistics are generated.

Configuration:

IMG --> Logistics Information System (LIS) --> Logistics Data Warehouse --> Updating --> Updating Control --> Settings: Sales --> Statistics Groups -->

1. Maintain Statistics Groups for Customers

2. Maintain Statistics Groups for Material

3. Maintain Statistics Groups for Sales Documents

4. Assign Statistics Groups for Each Sales Document Type

5. Assign Statistics Groups for each Sales Document Item Type .....

All Standard Reports which are available are as under:

SAP Easy Access: Information Systems -> Logistics -> Sales and distribution ->

1. Customer -> Incoming orders / Returns / Sales / Credit memos / Sales activities / Customer master / Conditions / Credit Master Sheet

2. Material -> Incoming orders / Returns / Sales / Credit memos / Material master / ...

3. Sales organization -> Sales organization / Sales office / Sales employee

4. Shipping point -> Deliveries / Returns

5. SD documents -> Orders / Deliveries / Billing documents ...

& so on.

i have activated lis,all reports are coming except this sales summary report.using tr code VC/2

In table T182D ID for standard view should be selected. Assign 'X'.

But i dont know where to assign this. Try to find out with the help of the ABAPer.

Hi sathishankam

The User who is trying to generate the report should be assigned to view the same.

If the user is not assigned, then the message what you have mentioned would appear.

The menu path to assign the user:

IMG>Sales and Distribution>Sales Support (CAS)>Sales Summary--

---

>Assign Default View to user.

Here Provide the User ID in the field “USER” and

Provide “0001” (complete information)In the Info view field.

Save the same.

Now execute the transaction vc/2.

You should be in a position to view the report.

USER MEANS USER NO. OR WHAT I HAVE TO ENTER IN THAT FIELD.SAME MSG IS COMING ANG GIVING Message no. 77006

No view can be determined for application RVKUSTA1 for user .

anything more i have to configure.where i have to configure?
