SAP BeX query structure formula not showing correct result after system Upgrade

Dear Experts,

I have a structure in bex query rows which contains the below 3 elements.

-Europe

---DE

---FR

The Element Europe is the summation for DE and FR.

Europe = DE + FR

Element DE is having filter with Country GERMANY and FR is having filter with country FRANCE.

in Columns i have a formula which is defined as below.

GR Rate = (MTD Sales / MTD Sales PY - 1) *100.

For the elements DE and FR the formula working fine.

DE = ( 1233169 / 988465 - 1) * 100 = 24,75

FR = ( 6041132 / 5201387 - 1) * 100 = 16,14

But for the top element Europe the formula behaves like this

Europe = ( 7274301 / 6189852 - 2) * 200 = -165

( it is taking -1 as -2 and 100 as 200 for 2 elements inside the formula and i also checked for the another element which is having 6 elements in the formula , is behaves as -6 and 600 in the formula)

but i want the result of Europe as below

Europe = ( 7274301 / 6189852 - 1) * 100 = 17,5

This behaviour is coming after system upgrade from SAP BW 7.3 SP14 to

SAP BW 7.3 SP17.

Could you please suggest any ideas or OSS Notes to solve the issue.
