32bit process running in my 64bit Crystal Server 2013 ?

We have installed Crystal Server 2013 64bit SP5 on a Windows 2012 Server. We use a java program to call the Crystal Server to generate reports.

When the Crystal Server is generating report, we found that the most busy process in Windows Task Manager is a 32bit process called "Report Application Server (32 bit)". Is this normal? Or we have mistakenly installed a 32bit Crystal Server?

In general, we are trying to improve the performance of report generation. We found that the Crystal Server never consume 100% CPU, RAM, or HDD I/O of the server even if it is very busy generating report. We wonder if we have made some wrong configurations and restricted the Crystal Server on resource usage. Where can we find these related configurations in Crystal Server?
