Updating field SPAKU (Reference division for customers) in table TVKOS

Hi Gurus,

We are creating o/b delivery with ref to sales order and these deliveries are distributed to EWM. when I create Sales order we populate Ship-to party (WE) in partner tab and Sold-to party (AG) should be automatically populated without passing it to the BAPI

BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 externally .

I see that it is possible(SD_PARTNER_GET_SOURCE_PARTNER) if TVKOS table have the field SPAKU populated ,we have the sales org and division populated but not the above field SPAKU,I wanted to check what is the risk involved if this field is updated same as division,as per SAP document this field makes the sharing of master data between different divisions possible,we have 1 division per sales org so that's not a concern.

So basically is there any areas which we need to test or at risk if this field is populated.
