Exception message display under toolbar

Hi,

I am getting an exception message in SAp CRM Web UI screen just under the toolbar. The message is coming as an Information message on top of my work area but the detailed message os displayed on top of it in a separate space. Never seen this. It is because of some settings that I have for my ID.

Please check the screen for the message.
