Appraisal template modification (add Photo)

Hi All,

Need some help on below 2 parts.

1. Ref to below attached print screen, I need to remove all the fields/columns from that tab PMS 1 ( see image) and want to show employee Photo and Welcome description.

Can anyone please tell me which BADI or where I can make changes.

We are on EhP6 (604) and we are using "Objective setting".

2. When I change anything on PMS1 tab (hide/format using &sap-config-mode=X) it is also effecting on other tabs, any idea how to avoid that?.

Hi Naresh,

I have never tried including a photo, but you may go through the below documents where the find BADIs for the appraisal template.

This will give you a direction.

Hello Naresh,

For issue 1. There is no simple implementation of BAdI to fulfill your requirement of showing employee's photo in individual documents easily.
What you can try is to customize the web layout to allow photo. This is not a simple task as far as I can see.

For issue 2. Please do not use the hide action on the web page, instead, if they are columns not to be shown, please configure them as hidden directly in the template.
