Hello, we have a scenario where we would like to have two individuals to have access to the same group of people in PTMW (and ultimately ESS). Challege I'm facing is that in table T526 I can only specify one Time Admin name per Time Manage group e.g.
UNID T24 TM-John Black JBLACK
if we provide two users with the same authorizations for PTMW only one person who is defined in T526 gets the list of employees displayed when they execute transaction. Other person needs to use 'Temporairly insert employees' option to get the access, but next time they execute PTWM list is refreshed and gets empty.
Is there a way for two people to have the same list of employees? one workaround is to create generic user ID e.g. TelesalesMGR and use it for each group in T526, but that's another userID and no tracebility as to who is using it. In T526 I can only specify one Time Admin ID per group.
Any ideas?
