MAI OS Command Execution Target

System Monitoring has been enabled on SM 7.2 and the alerts are being forwarded to third party tool using OS command Adapter by implementing BAdi ALERT_REACTION.

I have a custom command created in SM49 but the exeution target where the command is executed is not fixed. It is executed sometimes in the app. server host of Solution Manager and in the localhost (different one) sometimes.

Target execution can be specified as I did in the screenshot but this setting is not retained permanently.

Is there a way to select an execution target permanently?

or a way to debug BAdi to understand behavior and make necessary code change.

Any advice would be appreciated
