An error occurred while retrieving the universe. (IDT 02500) in IDT 4.2 SP04?

Hi All,

We recently build a SAP BOBJ 4.2 SP04 system and retrieve standard universe in Information Design Tool getting below error,

SAP BOBJ Version : 4.2 SP04

Please share valuable inputs.
