How to configure Axis receiver adapter with binarysecuritytoken

We have a requirement to include the below web services security tags in the SOAP header. Believe we need to use the Axis adaper with Axis as the message protocol. what are the module configuration (using handler bean)?

Element„wsse:Security”consists of the following elements:

elementwsse:BinarySecurityToken–It includes a certificate with a public key
