How to disable Standard Action Buttons in Sap Standard Screens?

I have a requirement to disable standard action buttons for standard screens?

It is possible or not anyone please give a update?

Hello Kreddy,

If there is any complex logic needed you may define an ActionValidation for the resp. SAP Business Object in the SDK.

Here you can code if an action shall not be used by returning "False".

I think following steps can help you to hide Actions button on Standard screen:

1. Go to Adapt => Edit Master Layout

2. Open the screen from which you want to hide Actions button.

3.On screen hover on Actions button.You will see options to Change properties.

4. Click on Change Properties. There you can hide Actions button by deselecting the checkbox.

I tried following your steps but Edit Master Layout wasn't available in HTML5

Is this only part of Silver-light or is there some step that I am missing for the HTML5 in chrome?
