When trying to connect to Cisco vpn using windows 7 it is working fine, but when trying with windows 10, cannot connect to server.
Attached the error we received in SAP. when using higher version of cisco any connect. in windows 10
Version: anyconnect-win-3xxx STill got error or higher version of Any connect
Failures can be caused by one or more reasons:
The machine is not rebooted in ages
Misc. applications running while installation attempted
The current user is not logged off
Minimum hardware requirements
No java or older version of Java run time environment
Incompatible IE version
Old or incomplete GUI in your computer
Wrong Configuration / Bad or corrupt connection details

Hello Adrian,
Since GUI 720 is not supported anymore (see note 147519) I would recommend to test the behavior again using GUI 740 or GUI 750.
You may also test what happens if you use the same configuration files as on Windows 7 PCs.
