Hi Adriano, better come back with this question after you tried a SAP GUI Version that is officially suported on Windows 10. I would recommend 7.40 Compilation 3 or even 7.50. If the problem persists better talk with your Cisco gateway admins first. They will have a better chance in helping you than we have.

Good luck, Lutz

Failures can be caused by one or more reasons:

The machine is not rebooted in ages

Misc. applications running while installation attempted

The current user is not logged off

Minimum hardware requirements

No java or older version of Java run time environment

Incompatible IE version

Old or incomplete GUI in your computer

Wrong Configuration / Bad or corrupt connection details

Hello Adrian,

Since GUI 720 is not supported anymore (see note 147519) I would recommend to test the behavior again using GUI 740 or GUI 750.

You may also test what happens if you use the same configuration files as on Windows 7 PCs.

Regards,

Marc

Hi,

on system level, have you tried r3trans -d?
