Hi all,
When I checked SMW02 transaction, some bdocs are in intermediate state I01.
I tried to reproces, but it's giving shortdump.
Shortdump is trying to insert table entries, already exist.
Bdoc type - CND_M_SUP
someone could help me how to clear these Intermediate bdocs.
Thanks in advance,
P.V

Hello P.V.,
We face the same problem in our CRM 5.2 system after upgrading from 4.0
Did you find a solution for this problem?
We see that if the Bdoc contains one row everything is fine (one change), but when having more rows the Bdoc stays in intermediate state. But the necessary information is processed in our CRM system. But there is one condition record ID in the Bdoc which is needless information. This one can not be processed in the CRM system and this is the cause of the Bdoc in intermediate state.
Points will be given when helpfull solution.
Best regards,
Simone Schuitemaker

Hi PV,
Looks like there has been some change in the object. Kindy regenerate the same in SMOGGEN and try reprocessing them.
Thanks!

Hi,
Did you extend any fields through EEWB?
If yes, you have to deactivate the BADI. Otherwise if you enter any values in that extended fields, BDOC will struck in the Queue.

Hi PV ,
Check the logs for conditions in TC : SLG1
Object : COND_EXCHANGE
Sub Object : CUSTOMIZING
External ID : *
Give the *From date and To date* on which date you faced the error ....
Here you can see the error logs for conditions , check it and let the team know the error to give the solution .
Thanks & Best Regards
