Issue with leave carry forward quota for 2 sets of employees from same personnel area

Hi experts,

As per the regulations, the leave carry forward functionality has to be run on June 30 th 2017.

We have 2 scenarios here. The carry forward functionality is working fine for the employees whose Hiring date is before first july 2015.

But we are facing issue for the employees whose hiring date is after July 1st 2015.

Both these employees belong to same personnel area. But as per the Hiring dates, the Leave carry forward quota has to be generated.

At present Carryforward quota is generating with same deduction period i.e. 07/01/2017 to 06/30/2018.

But as per the requirement, the employees whose hiring dates after june 2015, has to be generated as per the start date(Hiring date) of the employee + 90 days.for a validity of one year. Suppose an employees hiring date is 9th Nov 2016, his quota has to be generated from Feb 6 th 2017.

How we can change the validity period of leave quota as per the Hiring dates.

Is there any User exit required. Could you please advice us to solve the issue.
