C4C Offline Setup for Ipad

Hello-

I would like to enable the ability for our sales team to use C4C via their ipads when offline. My understanding is that I go to the Administrator Role -> Offline Set Up. Can someone walk me through the process. To me it looks like I have to activate each field to be able to be synced up for each role which looks very time consuming.
