Our Client wants to record interaction record and Service order in SAP CRM but rest of the repair cycle like Repair order creation , delivering the required spare parts to technician , completion of repair and settlement of Orders in ECC . Our Customers are our internal deptt.
Is it possible to replicate service request or service order in ECC as work order and then just updating the status of work order back to SAP CRM service order.
