CRM RSS Feeds compatibility IE11

Hello experts.
Help, please, to solve the problem. We are trying to display the RSS\ATOM feed in the widget(fig-1.png) The class returns an xml file (fig-2.png). The browser adds a header and other tags. The <head> iframe response prescribes "X-UA-Compatible" content = "IE = 7"(fig-3.png). In IE11 the content is not displayed. It is only displayed in compatibility mode(5-6-7-8)(fig-4.png). Main portal page have "X-UA-Compatible" content = "IE=EDGE" in <head>.

We can set CRM_THTMLB_IE_COMP = 8 (SU01), but then many other items are not displayed. This option is not suitable.
We tried to replace <meta> iframe: 1 pass sap-ie =*(different values) through url for iframe 2 response->set_header_field("X-UA-Compatible") but we still have "X-UA-Compatible" content = "IE = 7" in <head> response iframe. Perhaps will we try the other way?
