Query on Processing class 06

Hi All,

I'm working on an Indian payroll project. I'm deeply confused at Processing class 06 in X006 PCR. What I understand is Processing class 06 prepares LRT from ORT, Which is completely fine. I looked at the processing in the Payroll log. PCL 06 is preparing LRT every month for /460, /4MI,/4MT,/4MH and there is one more wage type.

But I dont see further processing for those mentioned wage types in the current period. Where LRT is being used and what is the purpose ? This is only for a retro active accounting and what is the case? If only for a retro case Why LRT is being prepared every month?

Please please make me understand with the exact case or two cases !!. My apologies if that is a silly query.
