Ancile uPerform file cannot be opened because it does not match the schema.

Hi all,

My friend is using Ancile uPerform version 5.02.0.35. When he is trying to open an file(.UDC) from Production system, he is encountering an error message "This file cannot be opened because it does not match the schema".If he restores the system, then he is able to open the file from server as well as locally. However, the same file when he tries to open from Training system, he encounters the same error and further he is unable to open it from production server as well. Anyone has encountered this issue.

We were able to execute till step 3. then 4th option is not available .

I came across your message asking for following details.

To assist in troubleshooting -

at your earliest convenience, please perform the following :

1.,,Within uPerform Client, go to Tools > Options ..

2.,,Ensure that the log level has been set to Debug.

3.,,Click ok to save your settings.

4.,,Try to check in a document.

5.,,With the document open, go to Help > About > Create File and forward
