Service and Limits tab is not editable in PR

We have a requirement from our client is that Limit tab fields and service tab fields on the Service PR to be made editable after the PO is been created and released. Our current system is not allowing to edit the Limits and service Tab.

Please advise if there is a standard config to enable this or we need to go for any enhancement.

Does this mean you have just read the referenced discussion or does it mean you have also tried the given steps? In case you tried, what was the reaction of SAP? SAP is usually not silent and communicates with the user with warning or error messages.
