Sales Quote Approval Process ERROR

i created approval process of sales quote. Conditions are working but when i trigger the submit on action tab, it has a error and not start approval process. Could you give me some advise why it does not work?

Hello Cihan,

This is occurring because the action Submit will always trigger an Output request, even if this is going for Approval, just to avoid any inconsistencies. Primarily, this action does not know if this is going for Approval or going directly to indeed Submit the document, so the Output is always triggered.

In your case, in order to fix this, please create a Sales Quote Form template for the language English country Turkey.

The steps to fix it are:

1. Go to Application and User Management work center
2. Go to Business Flexibility view
3. Go to Form Template Maintenance sub view.
4. Select any existing form template Purchasing Contract
5. Select Copy and choose As New Variant
6. Select country and language
7. Select Ok
8. Select Publish

This message can also appears in case you created the form template, but did not published the same. In this case please select the created form and click on publish.
