A008 relationship for few employees are not getting created in Production System

Hello Experts,

When we perform Job change action via PA40, for few employees A008(Holder) relationship between Position (S) is not getting created.

We have verified the switches related to OM integration in table T77S0 and everything is fine.

And this issue is occurring only for FEW employees, not for all.

We tried running RHINTE00, while running RHINTE00 a batch session is getting created and when we executed the batch session in SM35, its keep on running more than 5 hours for one Employee itself.

Note: When we tried replicating this issue in non-production system, we are not able to do so. Its working fine as expected.

Kindly provide your inputs on how we can resolve this issue.
