Hi all,

maybe there is something I am missing on how to develop and design a ZEBRA compatible lable with Adobe forms: Problem is:

- No logic how the design is translated into ZPL. Example: Barcode39 prints in two different lengths even though the layout Parameters are identical and the BC contains the same amount of characters
- Why are some lines / borders of subforms printed ans some are not? How do you have to design vertical and horizontal lines correctly, so that ADS translates it correctly into ZPL.

We checked the ZPL spool of the Printer and noticed that essential Information is simply missing. The funny Thing though we can't figure out why and according to what logic Information is going down.

PDF previews are all fine.

Printers are all 203dpi and have printed the same lable from Nicelabel perfectly.

SAP Devicetype is AZPL203 so according to all recommendations. ADS is patched and up to date. So technically everything should be fine.

Please help!!!
