Hi experts,
We have the requirement to transfer the retail price from one distribution channel to another dist.channel.
Is there any way to do it?
Can you please help.
Thanks,
Shyam
We are selling ecommerce article through one channel(Lets say channel X).
We have the process where these ecomm articles can be returned in stores(which is a different channel. Lets say channel Y).
In the returns process you use a different distribution channel. Why?
Never seen this type of design.
If it is to differentiate sales from returns, then you might be already using different order types, or item categories.
Another demerit of using a different distribution channel is that so much of master data (customer, material and pricing) needs to be maintained, among other customizing setup...

I would like to mention one more thing, please note if you maintain X as common which is also valid for Y then, in future, you won't be able to create condition records separately for Y. So take these into consideration before customization. Else, you may go through the solution suggested by Vibhor.
Also, please update the solution you implemented.

Kamlesh
