I have few questions, can u pl clarify the same:
1. Is Service Desk in Solman client dependent, I mean can we have two seperate service desk in client 100 & one in client 200?
2. I have already activated service desk in solution manager and we have raised some 100 tickets and also we have configured BP. But now we want to deactivate the service desk in client 100. Can u pl help me with the deactivation procedure of Service Desk.
