S&OP Process Template Configuration

Hello Team,

We are implementing the Sales and Operations planning with a 3 step process (for example). We want to start with the Demand review then supply review and then end with Executive meeting. (We don't have the JAM license)

I made the below config in the 'Process Template' app. Maintained 3 steps with appropriate tasks

After saving it, started an instance of that template. Incorporated the same process in to the 'Dashboard' app, and this is what i can see

Question:

Apart from changing the process step status in to in-progress & Completed, i can't do anything there. Based on the demos that i have watched, we can do much more.

i) How an user can click on a process step say 'Supply Review' and can view a different set of charts related to that process step only. In a way, a separate mini dashboard for every step. Can this be achieved ?

ii) What more can be done to this "Process template" through the dashboard

iii) How to deal with the individual tasks that i have maintained under each process step

iv) Can the process template be utilized in anyway apart from the dashboard functionality

Can anyone please throw any amount of light on this
