Standard SAP Work manager - Agentry client Crashes in Epson BT200 Device

Hi Experts,

We have implemented SAP Workmanager in various OS like Windows Desktops, Windows Mobile, IOS, Android (Mobile & Tablets).

While trying to run SAP Work Manager in EPSON Glass BT200(Android device), the Agentry client keeps on crashing at various install - during transmit window, in the home screen, clicking on Menu etc. This happens very inconsistently that we were unable to determine the root cause of the issue.

We have analyzed the logcat information, after connecting the device to debug the issues and able to get below error from Android logs. Also attached the screenshot.

06-22 11:15:27.700: E/InputDispatcher(336): channel '4137b820 com.syclo.sap.SAPWorkMgr.client.android/com.syclo.agentry.client.android.ui.screensets.TabbedScreenSetActivity (server)' ~ Channel is unrecoverably broken and will be disposed!

Looks like some issue in rendering the screens using TabbedScreensetActivity.

Can you please help us to fix this?

You should provide some more details about your environment. What version of Android is the device running? What version of the Agentry client are you running? Is it the generic client or did you brand / include any Open UI controls?

The first suggestion I typically offer is to test using the latest available client. In this case SMP3 SDK SP15 PL01. It may be that the latest version already contains a fix. If you are already using the latest version you will probably want to file a support ticket.
