BR0278E access is denied

Hello @all

I have a Windows 2012, Oracle 12 and EHP 8 Environment.

So I wanted to make a backup on a net share. If I do it with brtools under the sidadm user it is working well.

If I do it via SAP DB13 it makes errors to copy files to the net share. The sap is running under sapservicebe1 and the user habe already access to the share drive. Unter Win2012, Oracle11 and EHP7 is working fine !

BR0278E Command output of 'D: && cd D:\oracle\BE1\sapprof && D:\usr\sap\BE1\SYS\exe\uc\NTAMD64\brtools.exe -f copyfile \\server\bck_rz_of_stbsap\stbt0XX\DB\BE1\LOGS\BE1 initBE1.ora spfileBE1.ora':

BR0222E Copying init_ora to/from \\server8\bck_rz_of_stbsap\stbt0XX\DB\BE1\LOGS\BE1 failed due to previous errors

    Hi Dieter,

    Yes, the error is clear access denied.
    Please test the access from sap level.

    sa38->rsbdcos0
    type \\server\bck_rz_of_stbsap\stbt0XX\DB\BE1\LOGS\BE1 initBE1.ora

    Best regards,
    James
