planning in Analysis for office : new lines

Dear,

in some cases , analysis for office refuses to show new lines in an input

ready query. In this case the box "Planning : Number of new lines" is greyed out

and you can't change the default nr of new lines to be shown. What are the settings

that influence to ability to plan on new lines ? I have one key figure in the column and all

the characteristics are in the rows. The query is input ready - and values are open

to be changed. We are on analyis for office 2.4 -/ BPC embedded v10.1

Hi Wouter,

check note 1149346 to get more information about new lines (the planning feature, not the AO feature to customize the cross tab). The note is about BEx Analyzer and Web Template but is also valid for AO.

Thanks for the answer, but this note is not applicable to our issue. We do not see any new line where we can input data.
