Call off/reference documents in both CRM and ECC

Does anyone have experience with using a quantty contract in both ECC and CRM, to support the creation of documents in both ECC and CRM, and keep track of consumed quantity as a total between ECC and CRM?

1. Contract is created in ECC and replicates to CRM.

2. In ECC, users can create call-off sales orders against the contract. This reduces the quantity available on the contract and this update is also replicated into CRM.

3. In CRM, users can create credit memo requests (claims) against the same contract and this also reduces the available quantity.

Example: Contract is for 100 qty

In ECC, a sales order is created for 50 qty

In CRM, a credit memo request is created for 25 qty.

The contract has 25 remaining qty, that can be consumed in either ECC (sales order call off) or CRM (credit memo claim)

Basically, this supports a customer either being able to get a specificed amount of product up front at a discount (the ECC Call off order) or on the backend as a claim in CRM

    Hi Chris,

Have you tried to maintain scenario A for this quality contract?

Modifications are synchronized btw crm and erp with scenario A.

You may refer to following notes for details of scenario A.
