S4 HANA 1610 + Gateway How to get Personas working on Gateway(Fiori)

Hi Gurus,

I hava a S4Hana 1610 and a Gateway 751 SP02 on a separate system.

I have set all up. Fiori is working. Personas 3 is installed on the S4HANA System and working there.

I want now to get working Personas on the gateway also, because some tiles are using Personas.

What needs to be done to get Personas working on the Gateway(thus in Fiori) also?

Hello Dieter,

This is a good question. As far as I understand it, Personas 3.0 does not support the Personas 2.0 "hub" concept but needs to be installed on all connected Backend systems instead. Therefore, I don't think it is required on the Frontend server, but I am interested whether one of the SCN Personas gurus has an official answer.

There is a phantastic SAP Community Wiki SAP Screen Personas 3.0 and the SAP Fiori Launchpad Guide, but I could not find a definitive answer to whether or not Personas is required on the Frontend server as well.
