HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATIONS disable stuctural authorization check

We have a problem with structural authorizations. Workflows in ESS need to have supervisor's name dispalyed. In order to do that user needs access to his / her

supervisor's personel number. We can not add the access to user's sructural profile.

Is there any handy way to bypass the check when calling the function HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATIONS. The programmer suggested using function

HR_READ_INFOTYPE_AUTHC_DISABLE. Unfortunately it does not take effect.

Any values to import when calling HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATIONS ?

SAP has released various notes for different situation. Leave request, leraning solution ect. No help from those.

Did you explore the option adding the supervisor's pernr on the Workflow side.. the WFBATCH id should have enough authorizations..

function modules is the solution for you.

RH_DEACTIVATE_STRUCTURED_AC

RH_AUTHORITY_CHECK_OFF
