Allow Back dated posting in MM

Dear gurus,

I am facing a big problem relating to MM opening balance of 1 material. for example:

material No:123

Uploading: 400 (wrong)

Should upload: 300 (Right)

Now, on dated 31.03.2007 we need the right opening balance because it is effecting stock statement for auditing. Now the problem is perios was already closed for the month of march. How can i rectify the same?

Pls help me in an urgent basis. The transaction code is may be ONSY for back dated posting.

Help me ASAP.

Hi

At any point in time there can 2 periods open in MM. If you have closed april also then it is not possible. If you have only closed March. Then you can go to transaction MMRV and for your company code you can allow posting to previous period.
