SAP CAL does not recognize AWS account

Hi,

I want to create a new instance for an AWS account in CAL. I can see the AWS account, I have already created instances in the past and I have all rights to do so.

However, CAL does not recognize the account. If I create a new instance, I can not select the account and if I enter it manually, CAL complains, that the account already exists.

What the heck is this?
