SOST - Recipient email address field limited to 35 char.

In transaction SOST the Recipient email address field allows only 35 char. The technical field behind this is SOXSP-RECADRNAM. My problem is of course that we have some recipients with mor ethan 35 characters in their email address.

Please note, I have searched here, and google, but cannot find an answer. Thank you in advance.

Hi,

I'm not fully sure if that address your issue, but please have a look into following note:

1928830 - Mail destination appears truncated in SOST for long mail addresses

From above note:

The reason why recipient field only displays 35 characters in SOST, is that the field SOXSP-RECADRNAM is using domain SO_STRI035 which is of 35 chars in length. This is by design, and it will not affect the sending process.
