W3_PUBLISH_SERVICES publish error

Hi my friends:

Now,I had installed ITS and It is succesful using its_ping.But Publishing W3_PUBLISH_SERVICES is error. and there is 46 errors and 23642 successful .The error log is following:

1、Function IacPutObject in destination IACOR_YH0571_IT1_ITS reports an error, error number: 1

Message no. S>445

Diagnosis

For upgrade: The IAC objects could not be published to the ITS during the upgrade.

Procedure for System Administration

After the upgrade is finished, you must make this up, before you can use the Internet applications of the system. For a detailed procedure description see Note 399578.

2、The object data is invalid

Message no. W3_TOOL011

Diagnosis

The object data in the database is invalid. An error occurred while reading or writing the data.

System Response

The system cannot load or copy the object.
