Cannot change Resolution on SE78

I'm trying to upload a bitmap through transaction SE78. I should be

able to resize it to my own need by fine-tuning its resolution.

Strangely the "resolution" field remains grayed-out after I upload the

bitmap image on SE78 --> Graphic --> Import. The default resolution

value I get is 75.

can anybody help?
