Problems with saprouter

Hi to all:

I'm in a big trouble and I want some help.

I had configured the saprouter machine an also the Development server can see the saprouter machine and vice versa.

In the SAP Gui the test configuration is nice, but when I enter to the OSS1 and click Logon to SapNet it sends me a message of permission denied(201.122.32.205 to 147.204.100.45), I want if someone can give me some tips for this problem.
